Carmelo Sunseri is the scientific responsible and coordinator of the research team in charge of project activities. He is Professor of Applied Physical Chemistry and Director of the Department of Industrial Engineering at Faculty of Engineering of Palermo. In recent years the research activity is mainly directed towards the growth and characterization of nanostructured materials.

Germano Ferrara is an expert researcher, employed at CrMoSS. He graduated in Chemical Engineering at the University of Palermo in 2011 and he has achieved, in the same University, a PhD in Chemical Engineering and Materials. The research allowed him to acquire good knowledge about the use of different analytical techniques to characterize the materials studied.

Rosalinda Inguanta is an expert researcher, she is graduated in Chemical Engineering at the University of Palermo in November 2003, and she has achieved in 2008, in the same University, a PhD in chemical technologies and advanced materials.

Serena Randazzo is a senior researcher, employed at CrMoSS. She is graduated in Chemical Engineering at the University of Palermo in April 2007, and she has achieved in 2011, in the same University, a PhD in chemical technology, nuclear and security.

Maria Chiara Mistretta is a senior researcher, she is graduated in Chemical Engineering at the University of Palermo in July of 2005, and she has achieved in 2009, at the same University, a PhD in Chemical Engineering in the Department of Chemical Engineering of Processes and Materials.
